CAN Bus Hub With Three Female, One Male D-SUB9 Connector, And Adjustable Termination Resistor

Posted by Industry News on

Kvaser T-Cannector v2

The T-cannector v2 by Kvaser represents a CAN Bus hub with three female and one male D-SUB9 connectors. Used typically in application developments, the device offers an adjustable CAN termination resistor (120 Ohm, 60 Ohm, or unterminated).

It renders an affordable and safe way of terminating a CAN Bus circuit, as well as applying power to devices that take their supply from the USB connection, or the CAN network to which they are connected. This device comes with a 12 VDC power supply, including a set of EU, USA, UK, and Chinese plugs.

The T-cannector v2 is an improved version of an existing product that answers to user demands for added termination options. Prominently, the previous product came in two versions, one with fixed termination of 120 Ohms and the other without termination.

The Kvaser T-cannector v2 is exceptionally price-competitive, providing an external 12 VDC 1A power source for Kvaser CAN Bus interfaces. It provides a safe, trustworthy method of circuit termination that protects customer’s interface investment, and it will prevent short circuits from burning development boards.

Features
