Shipping & Returns
Please be aware that due to the current COVID-19 situation, shipment transit times may be longer than indicated by the carrier (Federal Express, USPS, or UPS). We ship most orders either the same or next business day, but we are not responsible for delays during transit.
Due to recent USPS insufficiencies starting during the 2020 Christmas season, we currently ship exclusively per UPS.
Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received, provided they are placed before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, otherwise they will ship the next business day. Tracking information will be provided automatically through the carrier services, either US Postal Service, Federal Express, or UPS.
Overnight shipment service is available only when you provide your carrier account number (UPS or Federal Express) through the comment section during the ordering process. Alternately, you can add overnight shipment to your order. Sorry, DHL is not an option in our area.
Within the United States, we usually ship per United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which represents the best option in regards to shipping costs, delivery time, and shipment tracking. Shipping within the United States of America is free-of-charge and delivery time is usually between 2 and 3 days.
Shipping to Canada is managed per UPS and the shipment costs are based on average UPS rates. Shipment costs to Canada are US$18.00.
In general, any item valued over CAN$20 is subject to duty and tax fees and a $9.95 handling fee regardless of shipping method.
Outside USA And Canada:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping to the rest of the world is managed per UPS and the shipment costs depends on the destination but in most cases we charge US$50. Delivery times are in average between 3 to 8 business days, also depending on the destination.
Please be aware, that paying any bill duties and taxes inflicted by local customs are the responsibility of the receiver and not that of Copperhill Technologies Corporation.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days after the delivery date for a full refund. We'll also reimburse the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The decision whether a refund will be issued or the merchandise will be replaced is at our discretion, and it depends primarily on the returned items' conditions, i.e. we cannot accept modified, damaged, or heavily used merchandise for refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Copperhill Technologies is not responsible for delayed deliveries by the mail carrier (USPS, UPS, or Federal Express), and thus, orders can not be canceled due to delays during transfer.
