CAN Bus Controllers Quickly & Easily Expand CAN Bus Networks For Machinery

onE-T-A's flexible and compact SCS10, SCS20, and SCS30 CAN Bus controllers can plug into industry-standard vehicle sockets without additional wiring and configured using a graphical programming environment. In addition to defining CAN Bus messages, a large number of logical links and time functions are available.
The SCS (Smart Control Systems) product group holds intelligent systems, power distribution, and components with communication capabilities. These smart-systems can easily integrate into existing structures. The additional communication capabilities provide more flexibility and reliability.
The SCS20 is one of the smallest components of the SCS product group. This mini control unit for general application in an enclosure can efficiently operate in existing systems via a customer-specific software.
The SCS20 offers six I/O ports for inputs or outputs and two additional low-power outputs. There are two H-bridge outputs which can be activated with up to 20 Amp each. Alternatively, four loads can operate with a maximum of 10 Amp each.
Another interface is available for the CAN Bus communication (options for CANopen and SAE J1939 are available). This interface uses the CAN Bus high-speed protocol as a standard. CAN Bus low-speed or RS232 interfaces are available as an option.
SAE J1939 Starter Kit And Network Simulator
Our J COM.J1939 Starter Kit And Network Simulator is designed to allow the experienced engineer as well as the beginner to experiment with SAE J1939 data communication without the need of connecting to a real-world J1939 network, i.e. a diesel engine. It may sound obvious, but in order to establish a network, you need at least two nodes, and that fact applies especially to CAN/J1939 where the CAN controller will basically shut down after transmitting data without receiving a response. For that reason, our jCOM.J1939 Starter Kit And Network Simulator consists of two J1939 nodes, namely our jCOM.J1939.USB, an SAE J1939 ECU Simulator Board With USB Port.
The jCOM.J1939.USB gateway board is a high-performance, low-latency vehicle network adapter for SAE J1939 applications. The board supports the full SAE J1939 protocol according to J1939/81 Network Management (Address Claiming) and J1939/21 Transport Protocol (TP).
