iBASE AGS102T Ultra-Compact IoT Gateway Computer System with Intel® Atom x7/x5, Pentium® & Celeron Processors

iBASE, a manufacturer of embedded Internet-of-Things (IoT) products, announced the release of its AGS100T and AGS102T IoT gateways. Powered by Intel’s Apollo Lake Atom x7/x5 series, PentiumN4200, and Celeron N3350 SoCs, the systems facilitate secure data-flow to the cloud for IoT applications with enterprise-grade security and management abilities.

The AGS100T/AGS102T fanless platforms feature an operating temperature range of up to -40°C ~ 70°C and dimensions of 160 x 110 x 44mm. Both models fit for space-constrained applications in harsh environments that demand devices implemented with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) technology.

The AGS100T features 4GB DDR3L-1866 DO-DIMM, a 64GB MLC industrial-grade mSATA SSD, dual display ports (DVI-I and DisplayPort), 4x USB 3.0, 2x GbE, 2x COM, a DC-in terminal block for 9V~36V input and over/under/reverse voltage protection. Expansions are possible through a full-size Mini PCI-E, a 2230 M.2 E-Key socket for WLAN & BT, a 3042 M.2 B-Key socket for WWAN & SSD, an mSATA socket (Mini PCI-E), and a 2242 M.2 B-Key socket for mSATA SSD. The AGS102T has two extra serial ports for COM3/COM4 and GPIO 4-in & 4-out multi-purpose interface.

Designing Embedded Systems and the Internet of Things (IoT) with the ARM mbed

Designing Embedded Systems and the Internet of Things (IoT) with the ARM mbed

Designing Embedded Systems and the Internet of Things (IoT) with the ARM mbed offers a comprehensible guide to the development of ARM mbed and includes a variety of topics on the subject from the basics to the advanced.

ARM mbed is a platform and operating system based on 32-bit ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers. This vital resource puts the focus on ARM mbed NXP LPC1768 and FRDM-K64F evaluation boards. NXP LPC1768 owns powerful features such as a fast microcontroller, various digital and analog I/Os, various serial communication interfaces, and a very easy to use Web-based compiler. It is one of the most popular kits that are used to study and develop IoT projects. The FRDM-K64F is relatively new and mostly compatible with NXP LPC1768 but with even more powerful features.

This book is an ideal guide that comes in four sections: Getting Started with the ARM mbed, Covering the Basics, Advanced Topics, and Case Studies.
