Wi-Fi Transceiver Module Designed For Internet of Things (IoT) Applications
Posted by
onu-blox's Lily-W1 single band 802.11n 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi transceiver module is designed to provide Wi-Fi connectivity to industrial and commercial products. The Lily-W1 can be used for Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as telematics control units, drive recorders, and logistics or point of sales equipment.
Lily-W1 simplifies the integrator’s radio frequency (RF) design with an integrated antenna and enabled Wi-Fi in-device co-existence with a bulk acoustic wave filter. The filter is designed to ensure that Wi-Fi performance does not deteriorate in proximity of an LTE transceiver as well as allow the antennas of both transceivers to be sited close together. The module also supports Wi-Fi direct. Lily-W1 connects to the host processor, either through SDIO or USB. It also has an extended temperature range from -40 to 85 C and the module suits the growing need for industrial and commercial equipment to become connected.
